THE OLIVE
No olive trees grow in Sweden - only the memories of olives that our participants have brought with them when they have had to leave their home countries.
The women drew olives; round ones, oval ones and ones with pointed ends in bright colours, like refreshing vitamins to be enjoyed.
A classic pattern has been renewed and relaunched. The olives can be a pattern in themselves or they can be combined with others.
