Birgitta Notlöf has been awarded a medal
On the 20th of June, Birgitta Notlöf was invited to the Royal Palace to received a medal from the King for her efforts for humanity.

The Royal Patriotic Society's Educational Achievement Medal was awarded to Birgitta Notlöf on 17th August 2017. County Governor Chris Heister presented the medal at a grand ceremony which took place at the Tessin Palace in Stockholm.
The justification for the award is as follows:
Social entrepreneur Birgitta Notlöf has worked tirelessly for 25 years for a more charitable and more integrated Sweden by providing immigrant women with access to valuable knowledge and community.

Livstyckets theme Stockholm
Last autumn we were working on the theme, Stockholm - my place on earth. We travelled in and around Stockholm to broaden our horizons, to draw and to learn more about the city in which we live.
